An outdated bungalow has been transformed into a mood-lifting sanctuary that balances calm and vitality. A wave-inspired bookcase detail, spanning from the Living Room to the Kitchen, creates subtle asymmetry, visually connecting the spaces and fostering an open, engaging experience.

Though distinct, the rooms remain functionally interconnected. Concealed, collapsible doors provide flexibility, while the vaulted ceiling floods the space with natural light and creates a sense of airy openness, making the ground floor feel larger and more inviting. Facing budget-conscious renovation constraints, including shallow basement underpinnings, our team focused on elevating the ground floor experience rather than pursuing a full structural overhaul.

The kitchen’s dual-function marble island with integrated dining table accommodates prep and dining, complemented by oil-rubbed bronze finishes and brushed bronze cabinets that add personality to a neutral palette. The space flows to a walk-out terrace with lounge, dining, and outdoor cooking areas, plus a sunken jacuzzi in the Master Ensuite for private retreat or social gatherings.
